Philippines Typhoon

Another typhoon is coming up from the Philippines. This has really not been their year. The experts keep changing this one every day. One day it is upgraded and the next day it is downgraded. They think it might head toward Hong Kong, but they’re not really sure. Even if it does, they don’t know if it will be a typhoon or just a tropical storm.
