Israel Museum 1430

I am at the Israel Museum, the country's largest museum and home to a world class collection of paintings, sculptures, photography, archeology, the oldest bible in the world, the oldest sculpture in the world and all of the usual educational buildings. The Children's Wing is the best museum for children I have ever seen anywhere in the world.

So far, I have seen art by Rembrandt, van Gogh, Monet, Renoir, Picasso, Pissarro, Chagall, Goya, Cézanne, Gauguin and Kandinsky.

Most of the art is indoors, but there is also a large art garden and a scale model of Jerusalem's Old City from the year 66, featuring the Second Temple. Whoever made it did a pretty good job.
